Formally launching a plan for weekly random thoughts, the reason being that I accidentally discovered a website, Louis Koo's Blog. After reading it, I was amazed. Although it's just a short sentence every day, it's a habit that has been maintained for 12 years.
Because I decided to emulate his approach and see if I can persist for a long enough time. Fragmented records, then recorded through Yuque notes, and finally summarized on the last working day of each week and published on the blog.

Unfortunately, the novel that was previously planned to be serialized has officially been announced as unfinished. Reflecting on the problem, I didn't write a good outline in advance and didn't plan the layout properly. I was brainstorming the plot while writing, which resulted in more confusion as I continued.

Recently, there have been dozens of new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Hangzhou every day. I don't know when it will end. The actions taken by the authorities are still very prompt. Basically, they have controlled the situation. The confirmed cases are mostly within the controlled areas and haven't spread outside. In the evening around 6 o'clock, the community called and requested a nucleic acid test. Although there is no outbreak here, for the sake of my own and others' safety and in support of the national policy, I went to the hospital to queue for a nucleic acid test late at night.
The queue was quite long. I waited for over half an hour, around forty minutes, and then quickly went home after the test.

The actions taken by Hangzhou are still very prompt. My girlfriend's residential area is within the controlled area, so she can't go to work or go out to buy groceries. Even online shopping can't be delivered. "The leaders came during the day, and the supplies were distributed at this time. Hangzhou is really efficient." Comparing it to Shanghai, they distribute supplies on a per-tenant basis, which is a heartwarming gesture. Leaving aside other matters, the policies are very friendly to ordinary people.
