Complaints - Control Your Emotions

Due to some minor issues, I originally wanted to post this on my social media, but I have quite a few acquaintances, so it's not convenient to do so. Therefore, I'll just rant about it on my blog instead.

A normal interpersonal interaction should involve the exchange of positive emotions and happy things. This not only benefits the relationship between two people, but also contributes to one's personal mental and physical well-being.

Having a positive mood definitely helps with one's physical and mental health. On the other hand, constantly feeling down and expressing one's dissatisfaction and arguments to others will transmit negative emotions to the other person.

This is not to say that you can't find someone to vent about your unhappy and unpleasant experiences in life. However, as an adult, you should be able to control that feeling and not treat others as garbage cans, pouring everything into them as a means of release.

The same goes for couples. No matter how good the relationship is, if various repressed emotions are emitted every day, an outburst is bound to happen sooner or later.

Every family has its own difficulties.

Everyone has their own worries and can understand each other, after all, life can be quite frustrating. But you should learn to regulate yourself.

I also often feel frustrated, but I choose to engage in hobbies to alleviate my negative emotions and I don't transmit them to others. That's why I consider myself quite happy.

Being an adult means learning to control your own flaws. I hope everyone can live happily!
